Hello , basic enquiry about working hours, i am for an afters change begin at 2pm finish at 10pm, iv done a 40 hour change this week but i am wondering what is the appropriate break, sleep to possess between shifts as iv been told I’m able to are available in regarding the weekend after completing in the Friday evening at 6am to complete a 12 hour change both Saturday and Sunday then get back in to just work at 6am from the monday, is it okay to complete or perhaps is it breaking what the law states, i want a answer if at all possible asap thank you
